Today on General Hospital, Charlotte overhears Lulu telling Laura everything, Drew gives Joe exactly what he wants and Michael tries convincing Brook Lynn to let Chase go.
Dante stops by the hospital to see Liz and fill her in on his and Lulu’s trip to find Rocco. He also thanks her for everything she’s done for both him and Rocco. But he, Lulu and Rocco will have to disappear for a while until Cullum is out of Port Charles.
With Rocco and Britt gone and all of the evidence against Rocco destroyed, there’s no reason for Cullum to remain in Port Charles. So hopefully Dante will be home soon, especially considering he’ll be stuck with Lulu!
Charlotte Learns the Truth About Rocco
Lulu drops Charlotte off with Laura while she heads out of town, then sends the teen off to spend some time with her mom. Laura assures her daughter that if anyone can find Rocco and bring him home, it’s her and Dante. Which, of course, isn’t what they’re doing. Lulu then tells her mother the truth. (While Charlotte listens in from the next room.) They’re not bringing Rocco home.
She fills Laura in on the shooting, Jason’s sacrifice and Cullum’s suspicions. But she refuses to tell her mother where she’s going. They commiserate over Britt dragging Rocco into this mess. Right now, Charlotte doesn’t know what really happened, and Lulu wants to keep it that way. Not only for her safety, but because she’s a teenager. Teens talk!
Lucy Blackmails Brook Lynn
Lucy gets right down to business with Brook Lynn. She’s putting herself on the line and making false statements to the police, so maybe BLQ should give her something equally valuable. Such as her Deception shares. It does not go over well.
Brook Lynn panics at the thought of Tracy finding out what happened — there’s no way to hide those shares changing hands. But Lucy isn’t impressed. Her “accomplice” needs to decide what she’s willing to do to save her marriage. They start negotiating shares until Lucy ends up with more than Tracy.
Michael interrupts after overhearing the conversation, and Lucy quickly exits. Brook Lynn immediately confesses everything! Michael isn’t sure the frame-up alone is enough, but he’s not completely against it. Still… he points out that it could be risky for her. Brook Lynn plays innocent, so Michael simply notes that this could land her in trouble, then wonders whether Chase is worth all of this. If he’s too blind to see Willow manipulating him, is he really worth alienating Tracy?
Joe Has Some Questions
Chase politely declines Willow’s job offer while Sidwell listens from the hallway before happily rejoining Drew so he can taunt him some more. Willow, meanwhile, accepts Chase’s rejection gracefully. But just as she’s laying it on thick, Joe arrives with questions about Jordan’s accident.
Willow goes to check on Drew (and Sidwell), while Chase fills Joe in on Turner’s vendetta against Willow. The new detective doesn’t really care. He’s following his own leads. Back in Drew’s room, Willow tries to get Sidwell to leave, but he couldn’t care less about her situation. He has every confidence she’ll sort it out herself! Because if the police find him there, she’ll be heading to prison right alongside him.
Drew Frames Willow
She rejoins the police, but Chase asks to speak with Willow privately — giving Joe the opportunity to use the bathroom. Chase warns Willow that this may be another attempt by Turner to target her — and Willow finally realizes that something feels off.
Joe sneaks back into Drew’s room to ask a few questions. And Drew starts blinking his responses, implicating Willow in Jordan’s crash before his wife can return and stop him. Sidwell casually rejoins Drew the moment the coast is clear. Out in the living room, Joe continues asking questions, but Willow insists her assistant will have to answer where she was, what she was doing and when. His office can contact hers!
What Does Ava Know?
Ava sweeps into Sonny’s office, irritated that she was summoned. Sonny skips the small talk and immediately demands to know where Sidwell is. Ava has no idea, and if she did, she would have turned him in already “because he tried to kill my nephew!”
Sonny doesn’t believe they were merely business associates, so she must know more.
He asks Ethan what he witnessed between them, but Ava already secured his silence in exchange for keeping quiet about him being Phoebe’s father. Ethan backs Ava up, insisting she kept Sidwell at arm’s length. But Sonny knows Ava was after something more, reaching for something bigger, so she must have heard something that could point to Sidwell’s location. Ava insists she knows nothing, but Sonny is convinced Sidwell will remain in Port Charles until he gets revenge for Sonny supposedly killing Marco.
In the Show’s Final Moments
Charlotte gives Lulu her necklace to bring her luck and keep her safe. They share an emotional goodbye, while Laura promises her daughter that she’s got everything under control. Dante warns Liz that if Cullum starts asking questions, she should bring in Ric. “He’s a shark. And he loves you.”
Brook Lynn insists Chase is the best thing that ever happened to her and that she loves him. “There are some fights you just can’t win,” Michael tells her.
Sidwell tells Drew he heard everything. “Are you framing your wife?” (Yuppers!)
Willow is relieved that Chase was there to warn her, and he promises that he won’t let anything bad happen. Joe calls Turner to tell her he’s got a new lead.
And Ava storms off, informing Sonny that Sidwell is his problem, not hers. And Sonny, knowing something is definitely going on, warns Ethan not to underestimate Ava.
